To reserve a camper, we require a one night deposit and a damage deposit of $500. The damage deposit is credited back 10 days from end of the rental period if there is no damage to the camper.  A credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required to hold a reservation.

JUNE - SEPTEMBER RATES

The Classic              - $200 per night based on double occupancy.

The International      - $130 per night based on double occupancy.

The Excella              - $130 per night based on double occupancy.

~ $25/night for each additional person.

~ Minimum three night stay over the weekend.

~ Get 7 nights for the price of 5.

If reserving accommodation for a week or more, we require a 50% deposit. The deposit is refunded if we are notified of cancellation at least 14 days prior to reservation date, less a $75 cancellation fee.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Check in is after 3:00 P.M. and check out is before 11:00 A.M unless otherwise agreed upon with the Airstream Hotel.

SMOKING

Absolutely NO-SMOKING inside or anywhere outside the campers. Smoking inside the camper will result in an additional cleaning and de-fuming charge of $250. Smoking outside the campers  is also prohibited as it impacts campers in the immediate area and often there are regional fire bans in effect. Clean up of cigarette butts will be charged to the guest at a rate of $40 per hour per clean up.

PETS

Sorry, no pets inside or outside the campers. A cleaning and sanitizing fee of $250 will be applied if evidence of pets are found in the campers. Please inquire about local kennels or check out the area links if you would like accommodations for your pet(s).

PAYMENT

A one night deposit is required to hold your reservation unless otherwise agreed upon with the owners of the Airstream Hotel. The balance and the damage deposit is due upon check in. Payments may be made by Master Card or Visa. Cash and debit cards are also accepted. However, a credit card number will be held as security in the event of damage or loss.

CANCELLATIONS

If a guest needs to cancel we are able to offer a refund on their deposit, minus a $75.00 cancellation fee, up until 14 days prior to their scheduled arrival date. Guests cancelling 14 days or less from their scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund. In the event that the Airstream Hotel must cancel a booking due to an unforeseen occurrence (fire, flood, natural disaster), the guest will receive a full refund.

DAMAGE AND MISSING HOUSEHOLD ITEMS

Any damage caused by guest during their stay, outside of normal wear and tear, will be charged to the guest’s credit card. Any household items missing upon the guest’s departure will also be charged to the guest’s credit card. Stuff happens, if any household items are damaged or broken during your visit, kindly tell us so that we can replace them.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

While linens and towels are included in the camper, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. For stays of longer than five nights,  we can arrange for light housekeeping including washing all linens, dusting and general maintenance.

CLEANING POLICY

Upon check-out  we ask that our guests guests leave the camper in the condition they found it upon arrival. Not doing so will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please note the following:

• Please leave linens on the beds.

• Place used towels in the shower area.

• Walls, floors furniture and appliances should be cleaned if unduly soiled.

• All camper household items to be returned to their original places.

• Dishes and cookware cleaned and put away.

1. •Please remove any groceries items that you brought.
   

• Sinks, toilets, and tubs to be cleaned of debris (we will scrub and disinfect everything).

1. •Garbage to be bagged, tied, and placed in the garbage bin beside the outdoor deck.
   

OCCUPANCY

The number of guests is limited to those stated on the rental agreement unless otherwise approved by the Airstream Hotel. Additional guests cost $25 per person per night. Failing to inform us of the number of guests on site may result in immediate eviction from the premises.

MINIMUM STAY

This property requires a two (2) night minimum stay between June 1 and September 30. If a rental is taken for less than two days, the guest will be charged the two-night rate.
